Time: 11:30 a.m. registration & lunch | 12:30 p.m. shotgun start
Location: Gateway National | 18 Golf Drive | Madison, IL 62060
Cost: (includes greens fees, cart, range, lunch, prizes, & attendee gift)

Early Bird Registration: $85/pp ($320/foursome)

After April 1st: $100/pp ($375 foursome)
Format: Four-person scramble (may register as team or individual for a 'mixer' team)
Prizes: Team prizes for first, second and third place in two flights; Hole prizes

$20 per team skins game
$20 team mulligans (1 per player)
